Stranger Photo Session — Applicant Form

I’m looking for one single man to meet a single mom for the first time during a photographed stranger session in the Ada, Oklahoma area. She values her Christian faith, family, kindness, and an active life. This is a genuine introduction, not a promise of a date or relationship. Please answer honestly in your own words. Your responses will be kept private by the organizer and the woman being introduced. Her child will not attend the session, and no information about her child will be shared with applicants.
